Terms & Conditions
1. The purpose of this Expression of Interest EOI Form is to let the esteemed customers register their interest in order to purchase a residential or commercial plot, apartment or shop through Makani Marketing Pvt. Ltd. Any customer who submit their EOI will have a first right to purchase the unit. Therefore, this EOI Form shall not to be treated as a booking against any property.
2. A fully refundable payment of PKR 1 lac to 1 million will be required by the customers upon registration of their interest. This amount will be deposited in Makani Marketing Pvt. Ltd official bank account. Details of our bank accounts are mentioned below.
3. Registration of EOI Form and payment against the EOI will not create any legal binding contract between Makani Marketing (Private) Limited and the customers. Therefore, client can cancel the EOI at any time before final contract and ask for a refund. There will be no deduction on cancellation of EOI other than administration cost or bank charges.
4. The customers will be requested to select a Plot or Unit from our inventory within 7 days of the date of notification and complete reservation form upon booking.
5. If the buyer(s) does not reserve a Plot or Unit within agreed time limit (normally 7 working days) from the Date of submission of EOI, Makani Marketing Pvt. Ltd reserve the right to cancel the EOI Form and refund the EOI Sum.
6. The EOI Form is non-transferable and so cannot be transferred, sold or assigned in any way to another third party.
7. We reserve the right to cancel this EOI Form in case of any false information provided by the buyer(s) with immediate effect.
8. Customer will have to pay the profit as per market rate in case there is a profit on fresh booking due to limited number of units or high demand or any other reason. In case customer disagree on the profit amount they can claim back the EOI amount as per the terms defined above.
